游戏直播产业的发展与安全问题研究

摘要 随着移动设备的普及、流量资费的降低以及技术方面的提升,泛娱乐生态下的文学、音乐、影视、游戏均在网络直播形式上展开尝试。近期游戏直播产业成为互联网内容产业爆发的又一蓝海,迅速发展成为一种集文字、声音、视频于一体的全媒体的内容模式,给用户更加完整的体验。本文聚焦游戏直播平台的定义内涵、商业模式、产业发展情况,对其目标市场群体和内容生产、传播方式进行研究分析,结合相关法律法规和管理要求展开对业务发展合规性和安全问题的探讨,并提出相关对策建议。 With the popularity of mobile devices, low flow charge rates and technical improvements, based on the pan entertainment ecological literature, music, film and television, the game all explores live online form. Online live game industry become another outbreak of blue ocean within Internet content industry, quickly developing into a model, which integrates all the media sets of text, sound, video content, to give users more splendid experience. This paper focuses on the online live game industry definition, business model, the platform development, analyzes the target market group and content production, transmission. Then combined with the relevant regulations and administrative requirements, study on the compliance and safety issues of the development of business, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
