健脾消癌方含药血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响

Serum containing Jianpi Xiaoai recipe on angiogenesis of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane

目的探讨健脾消癌方含药血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法将孵育7 d的种蛋制备成鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜（CAM）模型,随机分为健脾消癌方高、中、低剂量组及无药血清组,每组20枚。分别加入200μL健脾消癌方高、中、低剂量的含药血清及无药血清后,继续孵育72 h,固定、观察并采集标本,数码相机近距离原位拍照后,采用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像分析软件定量计算并比较各组CAM给药区血管面积。结果健脾消癌方高、中、低剂量组血管面积分别为（36.258±1.903）、（36.421±1.897）、（37.521±0.811）mm2,均小于无药血清组的（38.248±1.284）mm2（P〈0.05）,高、中剂量组血管面积小于低剂量组（P〈0.05）,高、中剂量组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论健脾消癌方含药血清对CAM血管生成有一定的抑制作用,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。

Objective To study the influence of serum containing Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe on angiogenesis of chick embryo chorioallantoic. Methods Eggs incubated for 7d were made into CAM models,then divided them into Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe high,medium,low dose groups,and blank serum group,20 eggs in each group. Added high,medium,low dose serum containing Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe,blank serum respectively,incubated eggs for 72 h continuely. Then fixed,observed,and collected specimens,and took pictures of specimens,using Image-Pro Plus 6. 0 image analysis software to quantitatively calculate and compare the blood vessel area of each group. Results The blood vessel areas of Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe groups（ 36. 258 ± 1. 903）,（ 36. 421 ± 1. 897）,（ 37. 521 ± 0. 811） mm2 were less than that of blank serum group（ 38. 248 ± 1. 284） mm2（ P〈0. 05）,and blood vessel areas of high,medium dose groups were less than that of low dose group（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between hign dose group and medium dose group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Serum containing Jianpi Xiaoai Recipe could inhibit the angiogenesis of CAM to a certain extent.
