摘要
通过梳理弹性和社区弹性的概念,系统归纳了现有文献的代表性研究对其内涵的阐释。在此基础上,总结了学术界对社区弹性概念理解的三点共识:社区弹性是在压力下维持社区基本功能的能力;它是社区在灾难事件发生后迅速恢复的能力;它是危机发生后社区自组织、自适应、自我恢复的过程。同时,对社区弹性的现有测量模型进行了梳理和评价,并对其研究现状进行了分析与展望。
This essay firstly summarizes the concept of resilience and community resilience, as well as their respective connotations and the contributions of the representative scholars. Based on this summary, three agreements on the concept of community resilience have been summed up： community resilience is the ability to maintain the basic functions of a community under stress, the ability of a community in the event of a disaster to recover quickly, and the process of self- organizing, adaptive, recovery of a community after a crisis. Then the existing measurement model of community resilience has been summarized and evaluated, and the status of research in this area are analyzed and discussed.
