酒类产品中食品添加剂的检验 被引量:1

摘要 食品添加剂是指为改善食品的品质和色香味以及防腐和加工正艺的需要而加入食品中的天然和化学合成物质,对人体具有一定的毒性,过量使用时会损害人体健康,因此限定了食品添加剂的应用范围、最大使用量和残留量。
