摘要
文章以知识转移中那部分转移不成功但仍具有转移价值的"沉睡知识"为研究对象,以五步骤模型和SECI模型为基础,建立了"知识转移"的循环系统,据此对"沉睡知识"的产生进行全面的梳理,构建"沉睡知识"的产生机制,并进一步研究"沉睡知识"的有效转移。
The knowledge transfer methods in our country are inefficiency, so it is significant to research the ＂sleeping knowledge＂. In this paper, author studied about the unsuccessful transfer but valuable knowledge in knowledge transfer. And established a circulatory system of ＂knowledge transfer＂ based on the five-step model and SECI model. Whereby produced a comprehensive analysis of ＂sleeping knowledge＂, and created a＂ sleeping knowledge ＂mechanism. And further researched on the effective transfer of the＂ sleeping knowledge ＂.
