摘要
推进政府数据开放的建设是我国政府面临的重大挑战。影响我国政府数据开放的因素很多,通过分析各因素之间的联系,建立影响政府数据开放的解释结构模型,进一步分析各因素的作用层次和相互关系,最终提出了相应的建议。
Promoting the construction of open government data is a major challenge for Chinese government. The paper discusses many factors which impact open government data in China and analyzes the links among various influencing factors. Then it builds an interpretative structural modeling for influencing factors of open government data. At last, relevant suggestions and advice are given according to the hierarchical relationship among the various factors.
