掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石对纯钛全冠边缘微渗漏的影响

摘要 目的:观察在离体牙表面涂覆新型掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石后的牙本质表面接触角变化,并研究其对纯钛全冠边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:分别在离体磨牙牙本质表面涂覆掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石(K-nHA)、纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)、Gluma脱敏剂后观察接触角的变化;采用银染法检测K-nHA、nHA、Gluma脱敏剂对用聚羧酸锌水门汀(ZPCC)粘接后纯钛冠边缘微渗漏的影响;结果用SPSS17.0软件分析。结果:K-nHA接触角值与其余3组对照相比均有降低,且相互间都具有统计学差异。K-nHA降低了ZPCC粘接的纯钛冠的边缘微渗漏值(0.839±0.08)mm,与空白组(0.966±0.09)mm有统计学差异。nHA组的微渗漏值(0.920±0.11)mm降低,Gluma脱敏剂组的微渗漏值(0.977±0.09)mm增加,两组均与空白组无统计学差异。K-nHA组的微渗漏值比nHA组低,但二者无统计学差异。结论:K-nHA在牙本质表面的接触角最小,是一种具有良好亲水性的材料;K-nHA具有较好的封闭效果,能显著减少微渗漏的产生。 Objective:To observe the change of contact angle on dentine surface with the application of potassium mixing nano-hydroxyapatite,and evaluate the effect of potassium mixing nano-hydroxyapatite on the microleakage of Zinc polycarboxylate cements(ZPCC).Methods:The potassium mixing nano-hydroxy-apatite(KnHA),nano-hydrxyapatite(nHA),and Gluma desensitizer(Gluma)were used on the prepared human molar teeth respectively.Changes of contact angle on the dentinal surface were observed.Pure titanium crowns were manufactured for each prepared teeth with the previous application of K-nHA,nHA,Gluma and cemented with ZPCC.Microleakage was measured by sliver-staining method and data were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistics software.Results:The contact angle of K-nHA group was lower than those of other three groups and had a statistically difference between each other.Microleakage value(0.839±0.08)mm in K-nHA group was significantly lower than the blank group(0.966±0.09)mm.Microleakage of nHA group(0.920±0.11)mm and Gluma group(0.977±0.09)mm had no notable statistic difference when compared to the blank group.There was no notable statistic difference in microleakage between the K-nHA group and nHA group.Conclusion:K-nHA is a good hydrophilic materials and its contact angle on dentin surface is minimum.K-nHA has a better sealing function which can significantly reduce microleakage.
