通心降脂滴丸对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响

Effect of Tongxin Jiangzhi dripping pills on hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis

目的观察通心降脂滴丸对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复合冰水浴的方法,建立大鼠急性血瘀模型。给予不同剂量的通心降脂滴丸,测定用药后大鼠血液流变学及血小板聚集功能各参数指标。结果通心降脂滴丸中、高剂量组能够降低大鼠急性血瘀模型的低、中切变率全血黏度(1/s,50/s)、血浆黏度(100/s)、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率及最大血小板聚集率(P<0.05或P<0.01);升高红细胞变形指数(P<0.05);但对高切变率全血黏度(200/s)、卡松黏度无影响(P>0.05)。结论通心降脂滴丸对大鼠急性血瘀模型血液流变学及血小板功能的异常变化有明显的改善作用。

Objective To observe the impact of Tongxin Jiangzhi dripping pills on hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis. Methods The rat models were prepared by injecting adrenaline together with ice-water bath. Different doses of Tongxin Jiangzhi dripping pills were given, and the hemorheological parameters, platelet aggregation and other indicators were measured. Results Tongxin Jiangzhi dripping pills medium and high dose groups significantly reduced the low and medium shear rate of the blood viscosity （l/s, 50/s）, the plasma viscosity （100/s）, the plasma fibrinogen concentration, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte aggregation index, platelet aggrega- tion rate and platelet maximum aggregation rate （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）; and elevated erythrocyte deformation index P 〈 0.05）; It did not have influence on the high shear rate of the blood viscosity （200/s） and chi-square viscosity （P 〉 0.05） in rats with acute blood stasis. Conclusion Tongxin Jiangzhi dripping pills can significantly improve the ab- normalities of hemorheology and platelet function in rats with acute blood stasis.
