美国高等教育外部评价制度对我国第三方评价制度的启示

摘要 美国高等教育评价组织社会地位的超脱、认证内容的针对性强、严格的认证规范体系、评估结果的权威和有效。我国应引导建立真正意义上的第三方评估组织、建立规范有特色的评价体系、通过立法手段建立约束机制。
