miR-30的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 miRNAs及其靶基因构成了一个复杂的调控网络,在多种细胞重要生命活动中参与调节活动。正因为在生长发育、细胞增殖、分化、凋亡以及疾病发生中有重要作用,miRNAs的研究备受关注。miR-30家族是当前研究较多、功能显著的一种miRNAs。miR-30与人类心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病密切相关,涉及多种靶基因和信号通路。对miR-30不断深入的研究将有助于阐明疾病的发病机制,并针对性开辟新的防治措施。
