2型糖尿病患者血清钙浓度异常及其与糖化血红蛋白的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清钙(sCa)浓度的变化及其与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。方法收集2014年1月~12月在我科就诊的2型糖尿病患者110例为2型糖尿病组,非糖尿病患者90例作为对照组,检测血清清蛋白(ALB)、sCa 及 HbA1c 水平,计算校正后钙(CsCa)浓度。比较两组 sCa、CsCa 值,并对两组 sCa、CsCa 与 HbA1c 进行相关性分析与回归分析。结果2型糖尿病组 sCa(2.24±0.12)mmol/L 较对照组(2.33±0.18)mmol/L 下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),2型糖尿病组 CsCa(2.20±0.10)mmol/L 也较对照组(2.25±0.15)mmol/L 下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。2型糖尿病组 sCa 与 HbA1c 无相关,但 CsCa 与 HbA1c 呈显著正相关(r =0.32,P <0.01),且具有直线回归关系。对照组 sCa、CsCa 与 HbA1c 无相关。结论2型糖尿病患者钙代谢异常,血糖控制越差则具有生理活性的钙离子浓度越高。
