以β-环糊精(β-CD)为主体分子和布洛芬(IBU)为客体小药物分子,通过沉淀法制备了β-CD/IBU包合物(β-CD/IBU IC),将其引入平均相对分子质量为1×10^5的聚乳酸(PLA)基体中进行静电纺丝,电纺溶液的PLA质量分数为8%,混合溶剂氯仿与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺质量比为80:20,泵速为0.5 mm/min,外加电压为30 kV,室温24℃,接收距离为25 cm,在此条件 下制得含IBU及β-CD及其包合物的PLA纳米纤维,对包合物及其PLA纳米纤维的结构与性能进行了研究.结果表明:β-CD与IBU生成了包合物;引入β-CD,IBU及其包合物的PLA纳米纤维的热性能较纯PLA纳米纤维的低;PLA纳米纤维和PLA/IBU纳米纤维为均一的无珠结构,PLA/(β-CD/IBU IC)纳米纤维呈现有珠纤维;引入IBU的PLA纳米纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑菌性能.
An inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin/ibuprofen (β-CD/IBU IC) was prepared by usingβ-CD as the host mole- cule and IBU as the guest molecule via precipitation method. Poly( lactic acid) (PLA) nanofibers were prepared by incorporating β -CD, IBU andβ -CD/IBU into PLA matrix with the average relative molecular mass of 1×10^5 via electrospinning process under the conditions as followed: 8% PLA spinning solution by mass fraction, the mixed solvent of chloroform and N,N- dimethyl- formamide at the mass ratio of 80 : 20, pump speed 0.5 ram/rain, applied voltage 30 kV, room temperature 24℃, collection distance 25 cm. The structure and properties of theβ-CD/IBU inclusion complex and PLA nanofibers thereof were studied. The results showed that an inclusion complex ofβ -CD and IBU formed ; the thermal property of PLA nanofibers incorporated withβ - CD, IBU and their inclusion complex was lower than that of pure PLA nanofiber; PLA nanofiber and PLA/IBU nanofiber showed uniform structure with no aggregation when PLA/(β-CD/IBU IC) nanofiber possessed the aggregation structure; and the PLA/ IBU nanofiber exhibited the fairly good antibacterial behavior against Aureus Staphylococcus.
