摘要
在模拟自然环境下,以磷酸氢二钠配制不同pH值(3~l1)的磷酸盐缓冲溶液,并在缓冲溶液中加入脂肪酶,对比研究了生物基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)在不同缓冲溶液中的降解性能.结果表明:酸和碱对PBS在缓冲溶液中的降解具有促进作用,碱的作用更明显;脂肪酶可加速PBS的降解,在pH值为9~11时,脂肪酶的活性最大;PBS在pH值为9~11、含脂肪酶的缓冲溶液中降解49d,失重率达8%,黏均相对分子质量降低,熔点降低,结晶度略微减小,表面出现了裂纹和腐蚀点;生物基PBS具有良好的生物降解性能.
The biodegradability of bio-based polybutylenes succinate (PBS) was studied in phosphate buffer solution with the pH value ranging from 3 to 11 which was prepared from sodium dihydrogen phosphate and was added with lipase under the simu- lated natural environment. The results showed that the acid and base buffer solutions both promoted the degradation of PBS, but the base solution offered more significant promotion; lipase could accelerate the degradation of PBS and the activity of lipase was maximized at the pH value of 9 - 11 ; the weight loss of PBS was up to 8%, the viscosity-average relative molecular mass and the melting point dropped, the crystallinity slightly reduced and the cracking and corrosion points appeared on the surface while PBS degrading in the buffer solution containing lipase with the pH value of 9 - 11 for 49 d ; hence, the bio-based PBS was proved to be of fairly good biodegradability.
