化纤生产中高低压压缩空气独立设置系统节能分析

摘要 介绍了化纤生产中压缩空气高低压混合系统和高低压独立设置系统的运行过程,对运行能耗进行了理论分析,并结合实际案例分析了高低压独立设置系统的节能效果。结果表明:压缩空气高低压混合系统将生产0.8 MPa与0.45 MPa压缩空气的系统混合设置,低压压缩空气由高压压缩空气节流降压产生;高低压独立设置系统将生产0.8 MPa与生产0.45 MPa压缩空气的系统独立设置;高低压独立设置系统的运行能耗低于高低压混合系统;以0.45 MPa空压机产气量为基准,独立增设1台0.45 MPa空压机,独立设置系统全年节能量达2 488 216 k W·h,节能效果显著。 The operation process of a combined high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air system and independent high- pressure and low-pressure compressed air systems was introduced during chemical fiber production. The energy consumption of these compressed air systems was theoretically analyzed. The energy efficiency of the independent high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air systems was analyzed according to the practical production. The results showed that the combined high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air system was supposed to mixedly set the production of 0.8 MPa compressed air and 0.4 MPa compressed air, and the low-pressure compressed air was produced through the throttling expansion of high-pressure compressed air; the independent high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air systems were supposed to independently set 0.8 MPa air compressor and 0.4 MPa air compressor; the operation energy consumption of the independent high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air system was lower than that of the combined high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air system; and the inde- pendent high-pressure and low-pressure compressed air systems provided profound energy efficiency with an energy consumption reduction of 2 488 216 kW · h annually based on the capacity of an independent 0.45 MPa air compressor.
