基于医患关系浅析对医学生情绪管理的思考

A Study on Emotion Management for Medical Students by Considering Doctor-Patient Relationship

医患关系紧张,医患矛盾突出是近年来医疗卫生领域面临的焦点问题,各类医院暴力频繁发生,严重的影响了医务工作者的正常生活和工作,并且已经成为医务人员产生职业倦怠的重要消极因素。医学生作为未来的医务工作者,是医疗卫生行业人力资源的后备力量,日益紧张的医患关系极大的影响了他们的心理情绪,他们在不满这一现状的同时开始重新审视医疗行业。本研究旨在探讨医患关系现状对医学生情绪的影响,并进一步探讨应如何加强医学生情绪管理,正确应对复杂的医患关系,并在此基础上巩固医学生的专业思想,提升其对医学专业的兴趣。

The recent hospital violence activities make the relationship between doctor and patient quite fragile and take seriously negative effect on medical workers. It has become the major negative factor to medical workers for job burnout. This negative factor also affects the medical students which are the candidates for future medical workers and give them more mental pressure. To solve this problem, this paper investigates the emotion of medical students infected by fragile doctor-patient relationship and proposed some recommendations on how to improve emotion management capabilities for complicated doctor-patient relationship.
