农村医疗废弃物减量化行为的系统动力学分析

Reduction Behavior of Rural Medical Waste on System Dynamics Analysis

医疗废弃物的减量化系统是一个多要素构成的复杂动态系统。以环境行为理论为视角,构建了农村医疗废弃物回收处理系统减量化行为的系统动力学模型。采用Vensim PLE软件对管理者三种态度下医务人员医疗废弃物减量化行为的影响因素进行仿真。结果显示:管理者态度变化对政策法规的影响效果比对设施建设更强;相关人员的态度除了受管理者态度的影响外还受其它因素影响;管理者态度在感染性医疗废弃物的分离效果中有重要作用。同时发现,管理者态度对政策、设施、人员和分离率的作用效果在2期之内可显现,但对感染性医疗废弃物的影响在10期后才明显。

Medical waste reduction system is a complex dynamic system consisting of a multi - factor. In the perspective of environmental behavior theory, system dynamics model of rural medical waste recycling system behavior reduction was constructed. Medical waste reduction behavior of the three attitude was simulated using Vensim PLE software about factors of medical personnel. The results showed that ： the changes of administrators＇attitude affect to policies more than the construction of facilities ; the attitude of stakeholders is also influenced by other factors in addition to the influence of administrators＇attitude;it plays an important role to separation of infectious medical waste. Also found that the impact of administrators＇attitude is obvious to the policy, facilities, personnel and separation rate in two periods, but the impact of infectious medical waste is obvious in ten periods.
