摘要
目前二氧化硫(SO_2)的减排技术成熟且研究较多,而SO_2的高效利用却研究较少,利用SO_2与烯烃共聚制备新型聚砜是高效利用SO_2的良好途径。现阶段聚砜主要应用集中在材料领域,特别是聚砜光功能高分子材料近年来在众多领域获得了应用。文中综述了一个世纪以来利用自由基共聚机理,将烯烃类物质与SO_2共聚制备聚砜的研究进展。分析了共聚产物主链上SO_2的嵌入对聚合物结构及性能的影响规律。旨在对今后烯烃与SO_2共聚的研究和发展提供参考。
Despite the sulfur dioxide( SO2) emission reduction technology development is very mature,the utilization rate of sulfur dioxide is inefficient and only a few research have been reported,polysulfone are synthesized by the radical alternating copolymerization of olefin with sulfur dioxide and this is a method of efficient utilization of sulfur dioxide.Polysulfone as function material is widely utilized in the field of optical functional materials. This paper summarized the copolymerization mechanism of olefin and SO2 by free radical copolymerization in recent century. By comparing with performances of the copolymers with different structures,the effects of sulfonyl group( O = S = O) on polymerization efficiency and performance were further analyzed. This review could be helpful and guided for SO2 copolymerization.
