农地流转农户契约选择及机制的实证研究——来自贵州省三个县的经验证据

Empirical Research on Farmers' Contract Selection and Its Mechanism of Agricultural Land Transfer: Evidence from 3 Counties in Guizhou

研究目的:探索农地流转过程中农户的契约选择机制。研究方法:实证研究法。研究结果:(1)如果一种契约安排的履约率是一定的,履约成本即交易成本将成为农户进行契约选择时要考虑的一个重要因素;(2)对方的信任越高,说明其违约的可能性越小,选择口头契约的可能性越大;(3)声誉是农户选择契约时要考虑的另一个因素,良好的声誉让对方能够放心与自己合作。研究结论:(1)交易成本越高,农户越趋于选择书面契约,交易成本越低,农户越趋于选择口头契约;(2)流转对方信任度越高,越趋向于选择口头契约;如果流转农地时对方的信任度越低,则越趋于选择书面契约;(3)自己的声誉越高,对方越趋于选择口头契约;声誉越低,对方越趋于选择书面契约;(4)少数民族更趋于选择口头契约,而汉族更趋于选择书面契约。

The aim of this paper is to explore peasant households＇ contracts selection mechanism in rural land circulation system. Methods employed are theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The results show that： 1）If the contract performance rate of a contractual arrangement is constant, the contractual enforcement costs will become an important factor for peasants＇ contract choices; 2）The higher trust level of bilateral parties indicates that the default rate is lower and the probability of verbal contracts is larger; 3） Reputation is another important factor for peasants＇ contract choices. Good reputation contributes a lot to a stable cooperation. It is concluded that： 1 ）The higher the transaction costs are,the lower the choice rate of written contracts becomes, and vice versa; 2）The higher the mutual trust in land circulation is, the higher the choice rate of verbal contracts becomes, and vice versa; 3）The higher the reputation is, the higher the counterpart choice rate of verbal contracts becomes, and vice versa; 4）The minority groups are more likely to choose verbal contracts, while the Han Chinese choose written contacts.
