基于灰熵法的柔顺机构多响应稳健优化设计 被引量:1

Multi-Response Optimization of Compliant Mechanism Robust Design Based on Grey-Entropy Method

摘要 针对柔顺机构的刚柔特性及结构参数与响应特性之间存在相关性不确定,导致其多响应权重难以确定的问题,提出灰熵法应用到柔顺机构的多响应稳健优化设计过程中,选取单边混合型柔性铰链为研究对象,结构参数作为可控因子进行稳健设计,采用有限元分析得到仿真试验结果。然后根据柔度的望目特性构造出多目标函数,进行回归分析得出各柔度信噪比与结构参数之间的拟合关系,建立了灰熵模型,利用熵权法计算各柔度的权重,并采用灰色关联法进行修正。最后将不同权重确定方法下的最优结构参数组合、各向柔度及其信噪比进行比较,验证了灰熵法的可行性。 Rigidity and soft properties of compliant mechanism and uncertainty correlation between structure parameters and response characteristic cause the difficulty to determine its response weights. In this paper, Grey- entropy method is applied in the the process of multiple response robust optimization design of compliant mechanism, unilateral-hybrid flexible hinge is selected as the research object and the structure parameters as the controllable factors, experimental results are got by FEA. It structures multi-objective function based on target characteristics of flexibility, and regression analysis is made to express relationship between flexibility degrees and signal-to-noise ratios. Grey-entropy model is set up to calculate the weight of each flexibility, then uses grey correlation method to correct the weights. Finally compare optimal parameter combine, each flexibility and SN ratio by Grey-entropy method with other methods, the feasibility of gray entropy method is verified.
