摘要
利用脉动疲劳试验机对材料为35CrNiMo的感应淬火齿轮施加脉动循环载荷,使其产生疲劳断裂。对该齿轮的断口形貌组织做宏观分析和微观扫描电镜分析,通过研究发现该齿轮产生疲劳断裂的主要原因是其铸造过程中所产生的渣气孔。对该类型的渣气孔进一步研究,并测定其内部夹渣的主要化学成分。最终得到该类型缺陷的产生原因,进而提出应对出对于该类型缺陷的预防措施,研究结果为生产制造提供依据。
Use fatigue testing machine to applied pulsating cyclic loading on the gear of 35CrNiMo induction hardening,to produce a fatigue fracture. Fracture morphology of the tissue gear do macro analysis and micro-SEM, through the study found that the gear fatigue fracture porosity is mainly due to its casting process slag generated. This type of slag pores further research, and determine its internal slag of the main chenfical components. Finally get the cause of this type of defects, then proposed to deal with this type of defect prevention, this study provide a basis for manufacturing.
