直插式精量点播装置的数据优化

摘要 针对现有免耕播种机动土量大的难题,对一种免耕精量直插式播种机点播装置进行研究,通过做正交试验和运用MATLAB软件进行参数优化,确定了该机构的最优参数组合为:曲柄150 mm,滑块连接杆40mm,机架220 mm,曲柄偏置距离100 mm,点种鸭嘴到曲柄与导种插管铰接点长度300 mm,通过ADAMS软件仿真可以得出结论:免耕精量直插式播种机点播装置的播种深度为60 mm,纵向土壤扰动量为3%,播种角度91°,最后通过试验验证了结论的可靠性。 Aiming at the problem of the large amount of no-till planter in existing, to study a precision dibbling device with vertically inserting soil of non tillage seeder, through the orthogonal experiment and date optimization by using MATLAB software, determined the optimal parameter Combination of the agency are: crank 150mm, the connecting rod of slide 40mm, rack 220mm, the offset distance of crank 100mm, the length of the extension of the guide tube is 300mm, by ADAMS software simulation can be concluded: the sowing depth of a precision dibbling device with vertically inserting soil of non tillage seeder is 60ram, portrait soil disturbance quantity is 3%, sowing angle was 91 degrees, to meet the requirements of planting technology, and effectively solves the problem of large amount of soil disturbance, and finally through the test to verify the reliability of the conclusion.
