摘要
以生命周期理念指导复杂产品设计过程,是产品全生命周期管理的基础。为此,提出了一种基于生命周期评价的设计方法,并用模糊决策结合分层分析的方法建立了全生命周期评价的数学模型,利用标度法确定数学模型权函数的判断矩阵,计算复杂产品的全生命周期的综合评价值。在此基础上,构建了基于多智能体的复杂产品设计系统管理模型,研究了面向全生命周期评价的复杂产品设计系统开发的关键技术,并成功开发了一套面向全生命周期评价的液压挖掘机设计管理系统。
For directing its design with lifecycle concept is the basic of product Life Cycle Management( LCM), a method for complex electromechanical product design was proposed based on Life Cycle Assessment ( LCA ). This method established the mathematical model of oriented-product lifeeycle by combined fuzzy decision with hierarchical analysis, determined the judgment matrix of the model weight function by scale method, and calculated comprehensive lifecycle evaluation value of complex product. Then, the design management system model for complex product on multi-agent was constructed. The key technologies of the system were studied, and an design management system of hydraulic excavator based on LCA was developed successfully.
