Simulation Research on Grinding Force of 20CrMo Based on Single Abrasive Cutting

摘要 根据单颗CBN磨粒的实际几何特征和磨削特点,CBN磨粒被简化成切头方锥形,分别建立了单颗CBN磨粒微切削合金钢20CrMo的力学模型和相应的有限元仿真模型,从微观角度分析了单颗CBN磨粒的切削成屑机理和磨削力。研究结果表明:磨粒的推挤使工件材料发生塑性变形,沿磨粒的前方及两侧隆起,并最终于磨粒的前方流出而形成磨屑,但是当磨粒前角比较小时很难形成连续的磨屑;研究了磨粒速度、切削深度及前角变化对法向及切向磨削力的影响规律。 According to the actual geometrical shape and grinding characteristics of single CBN abrasive grain, the typical CBN abrasive grain is simplified into cutting head with square taper; grinding force model and finite element simulation model are set up based on micro cutting of 20CrMo alloy. Chip formation mechanism and grinding force of single CBN abrasive grain are analyzed; the results Show that plastic deformation on workpiece occurs and flows to the side due to pressing and pushing of abrasive grain, finally forms chip, but it is difficult to form a continuous chip when rake angle of abrasive grain is small. Meanwhile, the effect of different grinding parameters on grinding force in the single grain grinding process is also analyzed.
