摘要
将交流伺服驱动引入成形机械,辅以计算机控制技术,取消了飞轮、离合器、制动器,伺服电机驱动电路设置的电容储能装置,将起到"飞轮"的作用,用于储存和释放电能,起到能量补偿和能量回收的作用。根据实验研究,由于交流伺服驱动,并在驱动电路中配有大电容,在实验条件下,作连续冲裁实验时交流伺服压力机节能37.3%,单次行程时交流伺服压力机节能46.9%。
Introducing AC servo drive to forming machine, in addition to computer control technology, and cancelling the flywheels, clutches and brakes. The capacitor can run as an "electric flywheel", which was used in the circuit in order to save and release electric energy, to be worked as energy compensation and energy recovery. According to experimental research, with AC servo drive and capacitor, servo press saved energy by 37.3 % and 46. 9 % for continuous and single stroke respectively.
