摘要
针对高射机枪高速自动机多指标、多层次综合评估问题,提出了一种利用主元分析法与改进模糊层次分析法计算指标组合权值,并通过灰色评估原理进行组合评估的方法。确定高速自动机指标体系后利用主元分析法对某8种型号高速自动机各指标属性值原始数据进行降维并确定客观权重,采用改进模糊层次分析法确定主观权重,并进行组合权重计算,最后结合灰色评估矩阵得到各型号高速自动机性能评估结果。避免了传统灰评估主观性太强的弊端。评估结果与实际使用表现相符,为高速自动机性能评估提出了新方法。
A method of combining the principal component analysis, the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the gray evaluation principle to calculate the weights and determine the evaluation results is proposed for the purpose of solving the problem of the multi-index and multilevel evaluation of antiaircraft gun's high-speed automaton. Firstly, the high-speed indexes system was determined. Secondly, the dimensions of the original data of 8 kinds of high-speed automaton was reduced using principal component analysis and the objective weights was determined. Thirdly, the subjective weights are determined by using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the combined weights was calculated. Fourthly, the evaluation results of 8 kinds of high-speed automaton was gotten by combining the combined weights and the gray evaluation matrices. This method avoids the disadvantage of the traditional gray evaluation method, which is too subjective. The evaluation results are in accord with the actual performance, thus showing that this method is effective.
