阿勒泰地区196例布病随访治疗结果分析

To Analysis of 196 Cases of Brucellosis in ALTAY Region

目的对阿勒泰地区2013.1.1-2015.6.1期间,196例布氏杆菌病随访治疗结果进行分析,及时治愈急性布病患者,防止迁延慢性布病,为我区布氏杆菌病研究提供科学依据。方法对阿勒泰地区人民医院2013年1月—2015年6月196例布病住院患者进行随访分析。结果 196例患者中急性患者：124例,（占63.26%）慢性患者：72例,（占36.73%）。男性131例（占66.84%）,女性65例（占33.16%）;哈萨克族157例（占80.10%）,汉族25例（占12.75%）;农民人数为78例（占39.98%）,牧民29例（占14.79%）;有与牛羊及皮毛接触史人数为120例（占61.22%）,无明显接触史例数为76例（占38.77%）。多数患者接受多西环素联合利福平或多西环素联合链霉素治疗,部分患者接受三联治疗方案,个别患者加用复方磺胺甲噁唑,采用四联治疗方案,疗程多为6～8周。治愈177例,治愈率90.30%,未冶愈19例,9.70%。治疗效果在不同年龄组及不同民族患者中无明显差别。结论布病流行隐患犹在,防治工作任重道远,所以加强布病规范随访治疗工作,治疗上关键是加强患者规范化治疗和随访管理,医生随访管理到位,患者依从性提高,治愈率上升。提高急性期的治愈率,降低慢化率。

Objective From 2013.1.1 to 2015.6.1 in ALTAY region,196 cases of Brucellosis results were analyzed,in order to cure the patients who had acute Brucellosis disease,to prevent chronic Brucellosis disease,and offer some scientific proof.Methods Choosing196 cases of Brucellosis patients and analyzed in their follow-up analysis.Results In 196 cases of patients：124 cases are acute Brucellosis disease（63.26%）;72 cases are chronic Brucellosis disease（account for 36.73%）.131 cses are male（account for 66.84%）;65 cases are female（33.16%）.157 cases are Kazakh national minority（account for 80.10%）;25 cases are Han Nationality（account for 12.75%）.78 cases are farmers（account for 39.98%）,29 cases are herdsman（account for 14.79%）.120 cases has contacted with cattle and sheep（account for 61.22%）;76 cases has not contact（account for 38.77%）.The most majority patients use compound sulfamethoxazole,and use four regimens,course of treatment are 6 to 8 weeks.177 cases are cured,the rate of cure is 90.30%,19 cases are not cure,the rate of not cure is 9.70%.There is no difference between different ages and different nationalities patients.Conclusion Brucellosis disease is still risky,there is a long way to prevent Brucellosis disease.Therefore,we should enhance the treatment of Brucellosis disease,especially in treatment of patients and management,doctors should manage the patients and improve the compliance of patients,and improve the rate of cure.To increase the rate of cure of acute Brucellosis disease,and decrease the rate of chronic Brucellosis disease.
