摘要
利用我国高技术产业省级面板数据构建门限模型,从金融发展与多维度吸收能力视角实证检验FDI技术溢出对高技术产业技术进步的门槛效应。研究结果表明:FDI对高技术产业的技术溢出存在明显的金融发展和吸收能力"门槛效应"。人力资本、研发投入、经济发展3个维度的吸收能力均存在最低门槛,小于门槛值,FDI技术溢出不显著;跨越门槛后,呈正向FDI技术溢出,FDI技术溢出随着吸收能力的提高而增强。金融发展水平也存在最低门槛值,小于该门槛值,FDI技术溢出不显著;越过该门槛值,FDI技术溢出为正;而金融发展超过某一临界值时,FDI技术溢出效应发挥会由正变得不显著。
Based on the high-tech industry panel data, a threshold model has been used to empirically test the threshold effects of FDI technology spillover on the technological progress in the high-tech industry, from the perspective of financial development and multidimensional absorptive capacity. The results show that the technology spillover effects of FDI on the high- tech industry have an obvious threshold in financial development and absorptive capacity. The three dimensions of absorptive capacity, human capital, RD investment and economic development, have their own lowest threshold values. The FDI technology spillover is not significant when it is lower than the threshold value, while the FDI technology spillover is positive when it is higher than the threshold value and it increases with the improvement in absorptive capacity. Financial development also has its lowest threshold value–the FDI technology spillover is not significant when it is lower than the threshold value, while the FDI technology spillover is positive when it is bigger than the threshold value. And the FDI technology spillover becomes insignificant when the level of financial development exceeds a certain point.
