工匠精神代表着一个时代的气质，专业、专注、精益求精、追求极致。工匠不一定能成为企业家，但成功企业家身上都应该有这种工匠精神。追求极致的工匠精神，甚至可以在企业上下形成一种文化上的共同价值观，并由此培育出企业的内生动力。

In Dong Mingzhu's point of view,a craftsman's spirit is not only the pursuit of perfectionism,but furthermore is a kind of mentality, 'Everyone in Gree should have a pricking spirit,they should not deal with the market,but also take the initiative to satisfy users,and give best possible product experience to them.'
