摘要
结合烟台天马中心超高层建筑高强混凝土泵送施工的具体实例,分析了超高层建筑高强混凝土的泵送,不仅要从原材料的选择、高强混凝土的配合比设计考虑,还要综合考虑混凝土泵送过程中的相关施工工艺及施工现场的综合管理部署。实践证明,在超高层建筑高强混凝土泵送过程中,通过不断优化混凝土的配合比设计、严格控制混凝土的试验及质量检测,采用高压车载地泵,合理布置泵管路线,采用U型螺栓抱箍式泵管加固装置等技术管理措施,可取得较好的施工效果,为类似工程的施工实践提供了参考。
Combined specific example of Yantai Tianma center Super-tall building high strength concrete pumping construction,analyzed the tall building of high strength concrete pumping,should not only from the choice of raw materials,high strength concrete mixture ratio design consideration,also should consider the related in the process of concrete pumping construction technology and comprehensive management of the construction site deployment. Practice has proved that in a tall building in the process of high strength concrete pumping,through continuous optimization of concrete mix design,strict control of concrete test and quality inspection,using high pressure car pump,reasonable decorate pump pipe line,and u-bolt anchorear type pump pipe device technical management measures etc. could get good construction effect,provide reference for similar project construction practice.
