基于可变模糊耦合方法的旅游交通安全评价

Tourism Traffic Safety Assessment Based on Variable Fuzzy Coupling Method

旅游交通事故在旅游安全事故中所占比例最高、后果最严重、影响最大,对其安全性进行评价研究意义重大.在分析旅游交通安全评价问题的基础上,针对原有研究存在的不足,提出了基于可变模糊集理论与粗糙集理论相结合的可变模糊耦合方法.首先,利用粗糙集理论进行属性约简,得到简化的旅游交通安全评价指标体系,然后,利用二元比较法和粗糙集理论确定各指标属性的主客观权重及综合权重,最后,利用可变模糊综合评价模型对旅游交通安全样本进行评价.研究结果表明:可变模糊耦合方法可行有效,在保证评价结果可靠性的前提下,简化了评价工作量,为旅游交通安全评价提供了一种新的途径和方法.

Tourism safety accident was dominated by tourism traffic accident,so its safety study is of great significance.Base on the analysis of problem of tourism traffic safety assessment,for the shortfall of the existing research,combined variable fuzzy set theory and rough set theory,a variable fuzzy coupling method was presented.Firstly,the attributes are reduced using rough set theory to get the reduced index system of tourism traffic safety assessment.Then,the subjective weight is calculated by two element contrasting method,the objective weight is calculated by rough set theory,further the combined weight is calculated.Finally the tourism traffic safety samples are assessed by variable fuzzy comprehensive assessment model.The results of empirical study show the variable fuzzy coupling method is feasible,effective and more objective.The method may reduce workload and keep reliability of assessment results.The word provides a new way for tourism traffic safety assessment.
