摘要
着眼于名校集团是"好"的促进教育公平的制度安排或设计的规范性讨论,无法揭示"名校集团"的内涵和实质,无力阐明名校集团运行过程中存在的问题或弊端,更不可能提出破解名校集团问题的应对之策。因此,我们应转变思维方式,转换思考视角,从对名校集团"好"或"坏"的规范性讨论,转化为对"名校集团""真"或"假"的分析与思考,判断名校集团"真"或"假"的五个标准为:学生发展或学生利益最大化;民众更多的教育公平"获得感";尊重每所学校的办学自主权;学校文化觉醒或自觉;实现教育公平正义。
The normalization discussion about the institutional arrangement and design which focuses on the goodness of the elite school collectivity for the promotion of educational equality cannot reveal the connotation and the nature of the elite school collectivity. And it can't clearly explain the problems or shortcomings emerging in the operation of elite school collectivity, and still less to put forward the countermeasures. Therefore, we are supposed to change our thinking mode and perspective. That is, the change from the discussion about "goodness" or "badness" of elite school collectivity to the analysis of "truth" or "falsity" of the collectivity. The five standards judging whether the collectivity is "true" or "false" are as follows: the maximum of students' development and their benefits; the more sense of educational equality enjoyed by the mass; the respect for autonomy in running schools; the school culture awakening or consciousness and the realization of justice of educational equality.
