摘要
根据性格及支配欲将幼师女生管理风格划分为鼓动型、控制型、合作型和敏感型四种类型,鼓动型和合作型互补的管理风格是最适合幼儿教师岗位的管理风格。通过对244名幼师高专女生的管理风格进行测量分析表明,幼师女生合作型管理风格十分突出。从个体视角分析,幼师女生管理风格有多元化现象,但鼓动—合作型管理风格的比例很小。积极创造开放的教育环境,通过促进敏感型风格个体转变自己的管理行为、理念及习惯,有助于提升鼓动—合作型管理风格个体的比例。
According to the character and the dominance, kindergarten girl students' management styles can be divided into four types: encouraging type, controlling type, collaborative type and sensitive type, with the combination of encouraging type and collaborative type being the most suitable management style for kindergarten teachers. Based on the measurement and analysis of the management styles of 224 girl students from the preschool teachers college, it is found that the collaborative type stands out most. When analyzing the individual samples, multi-types of management style can be found with a small proportion of encouraging-collaborative style. Therefore, an open educational environ- ment should be created to change the management behaviors, ideas and habits of those sensitive-type individual girl students, which will help to raise the percentage of encouraging-collaborative management style among individuals.
