摘要
针对某生产线手动焊接夹具进行自动化改造,以满足机器人焊接的生产要求。因手动焊接夹具的三维数据已丢失,在改造前首先利用三维光学扫描设备对夹具进行扫描并对获得的点云数据作预处理,然后将点云导入CATIA软件进行CAD模型重构,最后结合自动化改造的工艺要求,对CAD模型进行干涉性分析,进而完成焊接夹具的自动化改造。文中通过逆向工程缩短了夹具的研制周期,降低了成本,提升了企业的市场竞争力。
This paper renovates manual welding jig of a production line to meet the production requirements of robot welding.Because the manual welding jig three-dimensional data has been lost,three-dimensional optical scanning equipment is used to scan and get point cloud data preprocessing before modification of jig.Then the obtained point cloud is imported into CATIA software to rebuild the CAD model.According to the process requirements of automation reconstruction,we analyze the condition of the CAD model,and then complete the welding jig automation reconstruction.In this paper,reverse engineering is used to shorten the development cycle of jig and reduce the cost,which can enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
