摘要
在整个焊装工艺工程中,焊装工艺规划是非常重要的一项工作内容,也是焊装线开发的核心所在。文中以某车型为例,在车型开发阶段结合车型的生产纲领、设备利用率、厂房面积等信息同步进行节拍计算、焊点分配等焊装工艺规划分析,在保证产品工艺可行性的同时,使生产线结构最优化,降低车型的生产成本,缩短生产周期。
In the whole welding process engineering, welding process planning is one very important job and the core of the development of welding line. Taking a model as an example, during the development phase of the model, we finish the beat calculation, solder joints distribution and other welding process planning analysis according to the models production platform, the utilization rate of equipment, plant area and other information. The process feasibility of products is guaranteed, the structure of production line is optimized, production costs of the model are reduced, the production cycle is shortened.
