摘要
针对TBM盘形滚刀破岩过程中温度分布变化对掘进效率产生较大影响的问题,对滚刀在掘进过程中的温度分布进行了数值模拟分析。运用SolidWorks建立了盘形滚刀的三维模型,并将其导入到有限元分析软件Abaqus中,建立起盘形滚刀的三维有限元模型。结合滚刀温度分布物理模型对其进行了有限元分析,得到了滚刀在破岩过程中不同贯入度下的温度分布规律。数值模拟结果可为盘形滚刀生产提供一定的理论依据,对提高其工作寿命和利用效率具有较为重要的意义。
Due to temperature changes having great influence on the tunneling efficiency in the process of rock-breaking, the temperature distribution of TBM disc cutter are numerical simulated in this paper. The 3D model of disc cutter is established using SolidWorks software. Then the 3D model is imported into the finite element analysis software Abaqus to establish its three-dimensional finite element model. Combined with disc cutters" physical model of temperature distribution, finite element analysis is carried out. We obtain the rule of temperature distribution under different penetrations during tunneling process. The results of numerical simulation can provide reference for disc cutter production to improve the utilization efficiency and working life.
