摘要
大型长波天线通常需要多座纤绳预拉式桅杆支撑,纤绳对桅杆的作用会影响桅杆整体结构的力学性能。桅杆设计需要满足国家标准,传统的分析计算方法,有很大的局限性,不便于快速准确地得到符合标准的设计。文中对ANSYS软件进行二次开发,同时将其集成在Isight多学科综合优化软件内,完成一种快速确定纤绳初始应力的方法。分析270 m桅杆,在桅杆型材不变的情况下,得到纤绳直径和纤绳拉力之间的关系。该方法在初始设计桅杆纤绳时,可以快速准确地找到纤绳需要的预紧力,对大型长波天线工程实施起重要指导作用。
Huge long wave antennas are usually supported by a number of cable pretension mast, the role of mast cable will affect the mechanical properties of the whole structure. The design needs to meet the national standards, but the traditional analysis methods have great limitations. In this paper, we build the Isight optimization model using ANSYS secondary development technology, and obtain a rapid method of finding initial cable stress. 270 meter mast is analyzed, we find the relationship between cable diameter and cable tension. This method plays an important guiding role in huge long wave antenna engineering.
