汽车接插件老练振动试验台设计研究

Design Research of an Automobile Connectors Ceaselessly Vibration Test Bench

汽车内部产品接插件在使用前需进行老练振动试验,以避免汽车在行驶过程中由于振动导致接插件的装配不紧凑或接触不良所存在的安全隐患。现设计一台汽车接插件老练振动试验台,此试验台通过模拟汽车行驶过程中的振动情况,可根据需要设定振动时间,测试汽车接插件的使用性能。

To avoid the potential safety risk caused by incompact or poor contact of inserted assembly due to the vibration in running process,the inside components connector of automobile need ceaseless vibration test before use. This paper designs a car connector ceaselessly vibration test bench which can simulate the car vibration in running process. Vibration time can be setup according to the demand to test the performance of the ear connector.
