叉车滑架三维焊接工艺设计

摘要 设计了一种以二维工程图为基础,文字和三维图相结合的焊接工艺技术文件,用于表达叉车滑架焊接工艺。该三维工艺卡改变了传统的一图一卡或图卡合一的二维技术文件形式,更直观地表达整个焊接工艺过程,提高现场焊接施工的进度与质量,经抽样试用,能达到替代二维工艺技术文件的目标,尤其是应用在企业一线新员工培训,其读图效率可提高约60%~70%。 A technical document on welding processes using word description and 3D video is designed to express how to weld forklift carriage based on 2D drawings. In traditional 2D technical documents, only one drawing and one card are adopted to explain the welding process in one process chart, which is revised to state the whole welding process more explicitly and improve on-site welding efficiency and quality using 3D process chart. After the trial, 2D process documents can be replaced with 3D ones to clearly demonstrate the whole welding process. Especially when it is applied in the training of new employees in one company, the efficiency of reading 2D drawings can be increased by 60%-70%.
