摘要
根据装载机的结构尺寸,建立风洞分析的三维模型,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics计算流体力学)数值方法分析虚拟风洞中装载机模型的散热性能,分别得到空气矢量图和温度分布图。根据仿真分析的结果,找出导致整机高温的因素并提出改进措施。研究表明优化的风道能大幅提高散热性能。研究结论为后期装载机机罩的优化设计和散热器的合理布置等提供重要参考依据,能够满足企业对产品的快速设计及改进优化的需求。
According to the structure of the loader,this paper builds the three-dimensional model of wind tunnel test to analyze the heat dispersion of virtual loader model in wind tunnel using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical method,and gets vector diagram the air temperature distribution.Through the result of the simulation analysis,we find out the cause of high temperature and improvement measures.The results show that the optimal air duct can significantly increase the heat-release performance.The study conclusion provides important reference for the future optimal design of loader hood cover and rational layout,which can satisfy the requirement of rapid design and optimization of the loader manufactory enterprise.
