长齿条的加工一直是机械加工的难点之一。文中根据需要加工的钻套零件形状特点,自行设计并制作了一种非标齿条铣刀,用以加工该零件上的长齿条,不仅保证了尺寸精度、表面粗糙度要求,且制作起来简单易行,经济实用。

Long rack is very difficult to process. According to the shape characteristic of the drill set, this paper designs and produces a kind of non-standard rack cutter to process the long rack. The cutter ensures the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness requirements. The manufacture of cutter is very simple and practicable.
