miR-200家族在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 肺癌是世界范围发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤疾病.近年来随着对miRNA在肿瘤表达图谱的分析,认识到miRNA间接参与了肿瘤的发生发展所涉及的肿瘤细胞的增值、凋亡、粘附、诱导血管生成等重要的生物学活动.其中的miR-200明星家族在恶性肿瘤早期发生及后续肿瘤细胞转移和侵袭过程中均发挥关键性的调控作用,这为非小细胞肺癌的治疗提供了一个潜在的研究方向.本文系统性总结了近年来miR-200家族在非小细胞肺癌领域的相关研究成果,并且对其在临床中的应用价值进行探讨. Lung cancer is the morbidity and mortality of malignant diseases in the world.In recent years,with the analysis of miRNA in tumor expression profiles,it is recognized that miRNA indirectly involved in the development of tumor involved in tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,adhesion,inducing angiogenesis and other important biological activities.The miR-200 star family occurred in the early cancer and subsequent tumor cell metastasis and invasion process both play a key role in regulating the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer which provides a potential research directions.This paper systematically summarized the research results of miR-200 family in the field of non small cell lung cancer in recent years,and discussed the application value in clinical practice.
