伐地那非联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗勃起功能障碍的疗效评价

Efficacy of vardenafil combined Shuganyiyang capsule in the treatment of erectile dysfunction

目的:评价伐地那非联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床效果。方法:将我院2013年4月至2015年3月确诊的160例ED患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例,其中对照组单用伐地那非治疗,观察组采用伐地那非联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗。结果:观察组治疗后平均IIEF-5评分为19.38分,高于对照组的16.11分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗后IIEF-5评分均比各自治疗前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组治疗过程中不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的18.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伐地那非联合疏肝益阳胶囊相对于单用伐地那非能更安全有效地治疗ED。

Objectives： To evaluate the effect of vardenafil combined Shuganyiyang capsule in the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ ED）. Methods： 160 ED patients in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 80 cases. The control group received vardenafil therapy,and observation group was given vardenafil combined Shuganyiyang capsule. In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 7. 5%,lower than the 18. 8% of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Vardenafil combined Shuganyiyang capsule is safer and more effective in the treatment of Ed compared to using vardenafil alone.
