乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

Drug combination therapy in the treatment of senilevaginitis

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇在老年性阴道炎患者中临床治疗效果。方法:对2014年6月至2015年6月在我站就诊的66例老年性阴道炎患者资料进行分析,利用随机对照的方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用阴道放置乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合阴道放置戊酸雌二醇治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组(81.8%)(P<0.05);两组治疗前p H值差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后实验组p H值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年性阴道炎患者在乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗基础上联合戊酸雌二醇治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objectives： To investigate the clinical treatment effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate in patients with senile vaginitis. Methods： Data of 66 patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were analyzed. Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received vaginal lactobacillus vaginal capsules treatment,and the experimental group received lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate therapy. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in experimental group was 93. 9%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（ 81. 8%）（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the difference in PH value between the two groups was not significant（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,PH value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The estradiol valerate combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule treatment has an ideal therapeutic effect for patients with senile vaginitis,which should be introduced.
