摘要
目的:探讨薄芝糖肽加微波治疗尖锐湿疣的治疗效果及对患者细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选择2013年10月至2014年11月来我院治疗尖锐湿疣的患者90例,随机分成对照组和观察组两组,每组45例。对照组患者单独采用微波法治疗;观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用薄芝糖肽共同治疗。结果:观察组尖锐湿疣患者治疗总有效率为97.78%高于对照组尖锐湿疣患者治疗总有效率82.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组尖锐湿疣患者复发率为12.50%低于对照组尖锐湿疣患者复发率22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组尖锐湿疣患者CD3^+水平(68.05±5.39)%、CD4^+水平(40.05±4.26)%、CD8^+水平(1.95±0.18)%高于对照组尖锐湿疣患者CD3^+水平(64.79±5.15)%、CD4^+水平(33.41±6.82)%、CD8^+水平(1.40±0.11)%,且观察组尖锐湿疣患者CD4^+/CD8^+比值(21.11±2.90)低于对照组尖锐湿疣患者CD4^+/CD8^+比值(23.62±4.88),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:薄芝糖肽加微波治疗尖锐湿疣能有效的提高治疗总有效率,减少复发率,改善细胞因子水平,提高患者生活质量。
Objectives: To investigate the treatment effect of Bozhi Glycopeptide and microwave treatment in condyloma acuminatum( CA) and its effect on the cytokine levels of the patients. Methods: 90 CA patients were selected from those treated in our hospital between October 2013 and November 2014,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given microwave treatment only,whereas those in the observation group were treated with Bozhi Glycopeptide combined with microwave treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 97. 78%,higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 01). The recurrence rate of the observation group was12. 50%,lower than that in the control group( 22. 22%),with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 01). After treatment,the levels of CD3--+,CD4--+and CD8--+in the observation group was respectively( 68. 05 ± 5. 39) %,( 40. 05 ± 4. 26%) and( 1. 95 ± 0. 18) %,all higher than the control group,where the levels of CD3--+,CD4--+and CD8--+were respectively( 64. 79 ± 5. 15) %,( 33. 41 ± 6. 82%) and( 1. 40 ± 0. 11) %; moreover,the CD4--+/CD8--+level in the observation group was( 21. 11 ± 2. 90) %,lower than that in the control group,which was( 23. 62 ± 488) %; all the above differences were with statistical significance( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Bozhi Glycopeptide combined with microwave treatment for CA can effectively enhance the treatment efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the level of cytokines and life quality of the patients.
