活血化瘀补肾中药治疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕患者临床研究

The clinical studies of kidney in traditional Chinese medicine's therapy combined laparoscopic surgery in treatment of infertility endometriosis

目的:探讨研究活血化瘀补肾中药治疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕患者的临床效果。方法:病例来源于我院2010年5月至2014年1月收治的符合诊断标准的126例子宫内膜异位症不孕患者,依据随机数字表法将所有患者均分成观察组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组施行腹腔镜手术结合常规的西医治疗,观察组给予活血化瘀补肾中药联合腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组病患妊娠情况、中医证候积分等指标。结果:观察组治疗后CA-125、LH、FSH、E2等指标值均明显优于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组治疗后中医症候积分与痛经积分均显著优于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后一年痛经与子宫内膜异位症复发情况均明显优于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总的怀孕率显著优于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀补肾中药结合腹腔镜手术能够有效提升子宫内膜异位症不孕病患怀孕率,显著降低疾病的复发,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objectives： To explore the clinical effect of Invigorate the circulation of blood and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine＇s therapy combined laparoscopic surgery in treatment of infertility endometriosis. Methods： There were 126 examples of intrauterine membrane endometriosis infertile patients treated in our hospital from May 2010 to January 2010. According to random number table method,all of the patients were divided into observation group and control group,and 63 cases in each group. Control group of laparoscopic surgery combined with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given the Invigorate the circulation of blood and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine combined laparoscopic surgery. Compare two groups of patients pregnancies,Chinese medicine syndrome integral,etc. Results： The observation group after treatment CA125,LH,FSH,E2 and other indexes were significantly better than the control group were more significant difference,there is statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）; Observation group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and dysmenorrhea integral were significantly better than the control group,compare the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Group one year after treatment dysmenorrhea and recurrence of endometriosis were significantly better than the control group,the comparative differences are statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,the observation group had a significantly better than the overall pregnancy rate,comparative differences are statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The invigorate the circulation of blood and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery can effectively enhance pregnancy,endometriosis infertile patients significantly reduce the recurrence of the disease,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
