湖州市高龄男性性生活现状调查

Investigation on the present situation of elderly men in Huzhou

目的:探讨湖州市高龄男性的性生活现状。方法:选择湖州市进行健康体检且年龄≥60岁的高龄男性827例作为研究对象,通过当面咨询和问卷调查的形式展开调查。调查高龄男性终止性生活的年龄及相关影响因素,调查不同年龄组勃起功能障碍发生率,同时分析诱发勃起功能障碍的危险因素。结果:湖州市高龄男性终止性生活的最低年龄为60岁,最高年龄为84岁,平均为(69.5±6.3)岁。高龄男性无性生活率为36.8%,且无性生活率会随着年龄的上升而逐渐提高。高龄男性终止性生活受自身健康状况的下降和勃起功能障碍因素的影响。827例高龄男性勃起功能障碍的发生率为89.4%,且勃起功能障碍的发生率会随着年龄的上升而不断提高。Logistic多元回归表明,年龄、心脑血管疾病、下尿路症状、肥胖、糖尿病是男性勃起功能障碍发生的重要影响因素。结论:勃起功能障碍在高龄男性人群中十分普遍,是高龄男性终止性生活的重要原因,勃起功能障碍受年龄、慢性疾病、下尿路症状等多种因素的影响。

Objectives： To investigate the sexual life status of elderly men in Huzhou. Methods： 827 elderly men（ ≥60 years old） underwent health examination in Huzhou were selected as research objects and investigated by face- to- face consultation and questionnaire survey. The age at which they stopped having sexual life and related influencing factors and the incidence of erectile dysfunction in different age groups was investigated,to analyze the risk factors of erectile dysfunction. Results： The age of elderly men stopping having sex life in Huzhou was between 60 to 84 years old,the average being（ 69. 5 ＋ 6. 3） years old. The rate of asexual life among elderly men was 36. 8%,which increased along with age. The termination of sex life was affected by the decline of their health status and factors relating to erectile dysfunction. The incidence of erectile dysfunction was 89. 4% in the 827 cases,which increased with aging. Logistic multiple regressions showed that age,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,lower urinary tract symptoms,obesity and diabetes were all important factors affecting the occurrence of erectile dysfunction in men. Conclusion： Erectile dysfunction is common in elderly men,and is an important reason for the termination of sex life of elderly men. Erectile dysfunction is influenced by many factors,such as advanced age,chronic disease,lower urinary tract symptoms and so on.
