摘要
对果蔬真空预冷机控制系统的结构和工艺原理进行了分析和介绍,传统的继电器控制在该系统中被小型PLC所取代,通过程序设计和PLC选型的方式保障果蔬真空预冷机自动控制的实现,从而使预冷机的自动化程度和可靠性得到显著的提升。
This paper analyzes and introduces the structure and processing principle of fruit and vegetable vacuum precooling machine control system.The traditional relay controlling is replaced by small PLC in this system.Through programming and PLC type,the automatic control of fruit and vegetable vacuum precooling machine is realized and the automization and reliability of the machine is improved greatly.
