摘要
实施现代学徒制成为当今高等职业教育改革发展的重要趋势,也得到大多数职教工作者的认同,在不少高职院校进行了探索实践。本文探讨在我国发展"现代学徒制"人才培养模式面临的一些问题,最后提出几点建议。
The implementation of modern apprenticeship is the important trend of the development of higher vocational education reform today,it also gets recognition of most vocational education workers,and many higher vocational colleges have carried on the exploration practice.This article explores the problems faced in the development of ＂modern apprenticeship＂in our country and puts forward some suggestions.
