With the development of the society,the progress of the information age,university libraries also change a lot,from strengthening the library collection to serving the readers better.How to effectively use the library,provide better service for readers,is the guiding ideology of the university library reading room.This paper expounds the problems existing in the library open access,and analyzes the related countermeasures.
