随着国家农机购置补贴政策力度的加大,农民购买农机的积极性不断提高,广大农村农机保有量迅速增长,由此伴随而来的农机安全问题也越来越突出,农机监理工作面临着新的形势和任务。如何确保农机安全生产,推进农村经济快速发展和维护社会稳定,构建和谐社会主义新农村,已是摆在农机监管部门面前急需解决的课题。

With the strengthening of national agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,farmers’ enthusiasm of purchasing agricultural machineryimproves continuously,with the rapid growth of quantity of agricultural machinery,the agricultural machinery safety problems become more and more prominent, agriculture machinery inspection faces new situation and new tasks.How to ensure the safety of agricultural production,promote the rapid development of the rural economy and maintain social stability,and constructharmonious socialist new rural areas,are urgent problems placed in front of agricultural machinery supervision departments.
